Shipping Delivery and Returns
Delivery
At
Inlaks, Business days begin on Monday and end Friday 8am-5pm.
Business
stays closed weekends, government announced holidays as well as all public
holidays.
Shipping
and delivery, after you have placed your order, to your location or to a pick
up centre near you is typically within 1-3 business days for all locations
within Lagos state and 7-12 days for all locations outside Lagos state.
To track your order, you need to sign in to your account and click My Order and click the specific product you will like to track.
Returning A Product:
Inlaks
Solar has on sale products that are in very good conditions and that are genuine
only.
In
cases of unforeseen circumstances, all products considered to have met our return
conditions will only be exchanged for
another.
We
do not offer cash refunds.
When
returning a product, it`s accessories, promotional gifts, packaging, invoice
and all parts delivered along with it should be returned for it to be
considered a valid return or else the return of the product invalid and the
product not exchanged.
Our
return policy expires after 7 days. i.e after 7 days, you can no longer return
products that was ordered and delivered to you.
The
products that are eligible for returns are damaged products or wrong products.
Damaged Products
are products that developed the fault during our handling/transportation.
Wrong Products are products sent by our
company wrongly, due to human errors that you did not order for.
Products
that are not eligible for returns include:
*Products that have been installed, used, or altered from their original
condition
*Products with tampered or missing serial codes
*Products damaged due to misuse
*Products with broken package seals
*Products with NO returns policy
*we do not accept returns if size does not fit, or if client dislike the
product (weight, size, or other personal reasons that has to do with personal
taste). We encourage you to carefully check full description of the items and
confirm it will meet all your expectations before placing your order.
How we pick up
Contact
us within 7 days.
Within
72 hours, you`d be contacted and arrangements made to pick up products at your
convenience.
Only
one attempt would be made to pick up at your location after these, your item
can no longer be returned.
Our
drop off Centres can reject the return of your product
*if
the return has not been authorized.
* Item is not in its original packaging.
* Item was damaged due to misuse.
*Item is outside the return policy.
*No Return invoice.
A product can be returned back to you if your claim is invalid, or item
does not satisfy the return conditions.
